Salted Cocoa Cookie Bites

3/4 cup SBEM Salted Cocoa
2/3 cup softened butter
2 cups almond flour
1 cups brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
¾ raw cocoa powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp sea salt
¾ cup dark chocolate chips
  • Mix ingredients into batter
  • Roll 1-1.5” balls
  • Place ballson cookie sheet ~2” apart
  • Bake at 350 for 9-10 minutes
  • Lets stand for 10 minutes
  • Relocate to cookie cooling rack and let sit for another 15 minutes
